Coaching primarily focuses on being more successful at work. This is the goal we have in mind. Sometimes however, this can only be achieved by taking into account the context of the related organization. Another time it may be important to include your own family system and investigate that. We can set up any major theme within the organization, job or within the domain of your own life.

Systemic Coaching, how does that work?

In coaching with constellations we work without a group. In general we only work with you. In case of mediation coaching we work with you and the party with whom you have a conflict. We can use different ways to set up your question. Think of sheets of paper on the floor, visualizations, chess pieces or an intense conversation.

Your investment

The investment depends on the level where you work in an organization. For more lower framework we have a lower rate of € 195 per hour. For middle management € 275 per hour. And for the senior € 350 per hour. Thereby we count travel expenses of 50 ct per kilometer from the place of residence of the coach. Moreover, we declare half of the travel time. Also, depending on the question or situation other contributions are possible. You must be at least 48 hours in advance to cancel an appointment, otherwise it is fully charged. You are solely responsible for your own process.

Practical information

Coaching sessions are provided by Martijn Haan regularly at his office in Heiloo: at the kennemerstraatweg 464. Close by the train station, with parking. Easily accessible by train from across the country. Both from Amsterdam, but also from The Hague. Take, for example, the IC from Nijmegen, Utrecht and Amsterdam to Den Helder, from Amsterdam CS it is still over half an hour. Get out, walk through the stationsweg and go to the right. You can see the building on the other side of the road.

Phone Coaching

Sometimes you just need a mirror. You can then also be coached over the phone. Similar rates apply to them as an individual session.
